The Gryph Coach Mobile app enables users to swiftly access significant moments in Post Call Analysis calls, presented as audio snippets in a social media-style layout. The feed showcases tagged key moments within complete calls, empowering users to concentrate on performance metrics, take actionable measures for improvement, and offer feedback to agents.
App Preferences
The app preferences screen offers options for customizing the user's feed preferences. Auto-play allows the app to automatically play call snippets. Dark mode enables users to toggle the user interface's appearance. Once the user clicks the "Start listening" button, they will be directed to the "Recent Calls Feed" screen.
Recent Calls
The recent calls feed screen displays a curated list of the most recent call snippets for the logged-in user's office. The feed may be organized chronologically by date. Each recording displays call info, timestamp, and the key moment for the call. The screen also includes options for playing, sharing, or saving each recording. As the call snippet plays, the transcript automatically scrolls to display the spoken text as the call progresses in real-time. The key moments within the call transcript are highlighted in green.
SAVE/SHARE CALL OPTIONS
Users have the option to save call snippets to an in-app playlist for later viewing, as well as sharing call snippets with contacts. Users can also choose to view the full call in the web application.
SAVED CLIPS
The saved clips screen displays a list of audio snippets that the user has previously saved within the app. Each recording displays the call title, timestamp, and key moment. The call list also includes options for playing and sharing each call.
AGENT SEARCH
The agent search allows users to search for call snippets for an agent by name. Search results display each call's phone number, agent name, and call date.
KEY MOMENTS SEARCH
The key moments search allows users to search for call snippets for specific key moments. Search results display each call's phone number, agent name, and call date.
CONTENT SEARCH
The content search screen allows users to search for specific call content by matching words or phrases.
PROFILE
The scrollable profile feed shows calls for the logged-in user, sorted in order by date. Users also have the option to update their app preferences and log out.
